Yes — The Essential and Signature packages include delivery within 30 miles of Franklin TN. The Premier package extends that to 60 miles. Beyond those areas a travel fee of $1.00 per mile applies.
We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time. Setup takes approximately 45-60 minutes. We handle everything — you won't need to lift a finger.
Absolutely. Reach out through our contact form and we'll send you sample prints so you can see the quality firsthand before committing.
We carry backup equipment and our attendant is trained to troubleshoot on the spot. In the rare event of a complete failure we issue a partial credit proportional to the service not delivered.

We recommend booking as early as possible — peak season weekends (May through October) fill up fast. A 50% retainer holds your date the moment you sign your contract.
